My Story

My name is Paulina and I am a private lactation consultant in Northern Virginia. I am a registered nurse specializing in maternal newborn nursing and have a background in nutrition and dietetics. I have a passion for maternal and newborn nutrition, and I am dedicated to supporting and empowering new mothers on their breastfeeding journey.

With years of experience in the healthcare field, I understand the importance of personalized care and guidance during this transformative time. My goal as a lactation consultant is to provide comprehensive support to mothers, addressing any concerns or challenges they may face while fostering a positive and nurturing environment.

I tailor my guidance to each individual's needs, employing evidence-based practices and drawing from my extensive knowledge of lactation science.  Whether troubleshooting latch issues or offering advice on increasing milk supply, I approach every situation with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help mothers succeed in their breastfeeding journey.

Through one-on-one consultations, I aim to educate mothers on proper breastfeeding techniques, offer solutions to common issues, and create individualized plans to ensure a successful and fulfilling breastfeeding experience. My commitment extends beyond the initial consultations, as I strive to build lasting connections with mothers and provide ongoing support throughout their breastfeeding journey.

It brings me great joy to witness the confidence and satisfaction that mothers gain as they navigate the beautiful and rewarding path of breastfeeding.
